It’s a healing center designed to uncover the underlying cause of your symptoms and restore you — mind and body — to health.
Located just outside Sacramento in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, our center serves clients in the Sacramento area and worldwide.
How to begin:

Join our Team
At MotlMD, you’re more than a patient; you’re part of the team! When you’re ready, contact us to get started.

Get Personalized Testing
After joining the team, you will complete a series of assessments and receive personalized testing.

Visit Our Center
After the initial testing is complete, we will schedule you to visit our center for further evaluation and treatment planning.

Collaborate with our Team
At MotlMD, you are part of the team. We will review your test results with you, and together we will create treatment plans that honor your goals and treatment preferences.
After your initial visit, you have the option of continuing care at our center or following up with providers in your area.
For out-of-town clients*, we will assist you in finding providers and treatment where you live.**
Once you’ve started treatment, we will follow up with you to measure your progress and make adjustments if needed.
* Out of town clients: We will provide you an informational packet with information about travel, hotel, and things you can do in the area while visiting our center. If you have any questions or concerns about arranging your visit — please reach out! We are happy to answer any questions.
** Please Note: If you are from out of town, please know that some areas of the country may not have local providers we recommend, and you may need to travel for treatment. If this is a concern for you, please let us know ahead of time, and we can research what may or may not be available where you live.
